 About 60 million Americans in the United States suffer with one or another type of cardiovascular disease. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States with cancer took second place.
The main components of the human cardiovascular system including heart and blood vessels. Liver function, including blood purification and pure pumping blood throughout the body. There are two types of blood vessels including arteries and veins. Pure arteries carry blood from the heart to various parts of the body. Veins carry blood from the dirty different parts of the body to the heart. Cardiovascular disease can be defined as a disturbance that occurred in various parts of the cardiovascular system. These disorders can be congenital or acquired. Congenital heart disease including cardiac myopathies occur during child birth. Acquired cardiovascular disease is growing as a consequence of an unhealthy lifestyle.
Cardiovascular disease can be broadly classified into the disease occurs in heart and blood vessel disease affects. Conditions that affect the heart including coronary heart disease, coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction, myocardial ischemia, heart attack, angina pectoris, cardiomyopathies, angina, heart valve disease, pericardial disease and congestive heart failure. Conditions that affect blood vessels including high blood pressure, vasculitis, claudication, atherosclerosis, varicose veins, venous thrombosis, venous incompetence and aneurysm.
There are several risk factors that influence the occurrence of cardiovascular disease. Most heart disease occurs as a result of more than one risk factor. Cardiovascular disease can be prevented to some extent if a person adopts a healthy lifestyle such as avoiding smoking and alcohol consumption, exercise regularly, take a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables, controlling blood glucose and cholesterol levels, blood pressure control, and maintain weight loss healthy.
