Beware of Sleeping In a state of hunger Can Trigger Cancer!

When finished working overtime or working on the task until midnight, not a few people are still looking for good food to pamper themselves after a day exhausted to work. Many Others thought that sleeping in a state of hunger is not good for the body, but it so?
Recently, medical scientists, the Japanese conducted research on the eating habits of a group of people aged 30-40 years. They found that 38.4% of patients with gastric cancer, have a habit of eating at night is not regular. Membrane of glandular stomach is a layer that covered the whole surface of the stomach, consists of a variety of substances and including one gland is quite complicated. Age of cells in the lining of the gland is very short, only about 2-3 days, after which it must be replaced (regenerated) with new cells. This regeneration process typically lasts at night, when the stomach and bowel rest. So if we often eat dinner over an hour (midnight), can cause stomach and bowel can not relax and perform the regeneration process perfectly. In addition, when we went to bed after midnight meal, food will settle the stomach longer, so it will cause stimulation of the stomach to spend more lymph fluid. When this stimulation occurs in the long term, can cause the lining of the stomach glands go bad and cause injury so that the immune system to be decreased. Worse yet, if the food contains cancer-causing substances, such as processed foods by frying, baked or roasted. If the old settle in the stomach, can be bad for stomach gland membranes and ultimately lead to gastric cancer. (The Epoch Times / Foe)
